This is my overall philosophy.  An approach that has driven both my work and personal development.
In 2023 I completed a half Ironman in 4h & 54min. Therefore I needed a new goal… My biggest goal this year is to complete a full IRONMAN in Copenhagen.

My top 4 priorities:

1 - Sleep
2 - Eating well
3 - Exercise
4 - Nurturing my intimate relationships
You should have the same priorities otherwise, you will lose out in the long run. If you don't take control of your own health, you will be absent from the office too many days. And if you don't have good intimate relationships, the journey will be lonely and not worth it.
